Job Description

Spherion is recruiting 10 Call Center Representatives for a high-volume, fast-paced inbound Customer Service Department. We are seeking at least 4 representatives who are fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
- Deliver a superior experience to valued customers
- Coordinate with field representatives to ensure needs of customers are being met if not exceeded
- Operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment, focusing on customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal
- Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Candidates should be proactive with a high-level of initiative and be creative problem solvers
- Able to sit for extended periods of time taking calls on a head set, communicating with customers, and entering information into the computer system
- Several of the candidates will be fluent in Spanish

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be adaptable; comfortable with learning and mastering new technologies
- Candidates must be comfortable with cross-selling and up-selling products to customers
- Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts in a 24-hour operation
- The first 4 months (approximately) of training occur during the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
