Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads the finance/accounting, human resources, and information technology functions of area Non Profit. The CFO is a key member of the organization's leadership team and serves as a top advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. The CFO will demonstrates passion for the organization's mission, is committed to delivering exceptional service and results, and drives strategic innovation and change to continually advance the organization toward its vision.

Salary DOE

Finance (approximately 40% of time)
Oversees the organization's financial planning, record keeping, performance and accountability. Works closely with the CEO to responsibly balance a bold vision with fiscal pragmatism.

Human Resources (approximately 35% of time)
Oversees the organization's human resources function and talent management system, building a skilled, effective and engaged staff.

Information Technology (approximately 7.5% of time)
Leads efforts to implement and utilize technology to maximize staff and organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Directs all aspects of the IT function including planning, vendor relationships, hardware, software, networks, systems, email and security.

Administration (approximately 7.5% of time)
Oversees the risk management, compliance and legal functions of the organization.

Organizational Leadership (approximately 10% of time)
As a member of the senior leadership team, actively contributes to the organization's strategic planning processes and implementation of core strategies to achieve annual work plan, strategic plan and long-term transformational goals.

Working hours: To be determined

--Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field
--CPA preferred
--Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Accounting or Finance
--Experience in oversight of Human Resources and Information Technology preferred
--Prior experience in a non-profit environment preferred
--Valid driver's license required
