Job Description

This Pre-Certification Specialist is responsible for obtaining pre-certifications and referrals related to worker's compensation.

Responsibilities:
* Work in a manner that facilitates excellent customer service, teamwork, and optimum results
* Perform rotating duties within facility
* Keep supervisor abreast of any concerns or problems

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
* Excellent computer skills and knowledge
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Insurance and detailed Medical Terminology experience preferred
* Knowledge of Texas Worker's Compensation laws, insurance and medical fee guidelines is preferred, but not necessary
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* EHR experience preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must submit to drug screen and background check
