Job Description

Inspect, maintain, manage, and organize accurately of parts, components, and assemblies.  


Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral and written. Reading comprehension- ability to follow work instructions and/or written/spoken instructions. Basic math and English composition skills. Safe, efficient forklift operations, able to successfully complete training.


Proven ability to readily recognize detailed accuracy of parts, components, or assemblies. Ability to read customer drawings and prints.


Assist with inspection of customer parts, components, and assemblies against customer drawings and prints in all areas of the manufacturing facility. Assist with inspection of assemblies and /or components for quality accuracy according to load preparation documentation. Completion of tasks for CAR projects. Assisting in managing supplier returns through deposition. Rework and/or repair of damaged product, disassembly of assemblies and proper disposal of components as instructed. Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the NCP and customer return areas and packaging of product as specified for return to vendor or supplier. Maintaining current revision level documentation in all employee work center booklets at the direction of the QA Manager. Other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor/manager.
