Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic motivated individual who can develop and grow the Automotive OEM Sales sector in the US. This role will report to the Plant Manager and will also work with the corporate team HQ in Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls
- Develops and implements strategies for sales in the US
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bids specifications to clients
- Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders
- Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly
- Applies knowledge of the products features to match products to the needs of clients
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
- All other sales duties as assigned by the Plant Manager

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business a related field,
- Five years prior sales management experience in automotive or relative industry
- Proven experience in from a similar role of managing strategic key accounts in automotive OEMs at a global level.
- Thorough understanding of technical specifications of products to be sold
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related suite
