Office Admin / Acct Payable Assisstant

Job Description

Spherion is looking for an accurate, customer-oriented accounts payable clerk with a positive attitude to help properly execute accounts payable tasks as well as office administrative duties.

Every other Saturday from 8a-12p will be required.

Responsibilities:
Processing deposits
Handling incoming cash
Weekly payroll
Data entry
Paying incoming invoices to the business

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
1+ years experience in data entry or Accounts Payable role
Type 45+ words per minute
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding organizational ability
Effective communications skills
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required education for this position
Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screen.
Must have proven work stability.
