Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, managing our company's general administrative activities, and conducting extensive research for various company projects. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Researching of company projects
- Creation and revision of spreadsheet documents
- Analyze data and detailed note taking
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Provides exceptional customer service at all times
- General clerical responsibilities such as answering phones, filing, etc.

**Position is Part Time Only, Receiving around 20 Hours Weekly. Monday thru Friday from 10 AM until 2 PM**

Working hours: Monday thru Friday, 10:00 AM thru 2:00 PM

Skills:
Minimum 3 years of clerical and/or administrative experience is required
Must have High School Diploma or equivalence.
Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screen.
