Job Description

-Order entry - transcribing email and phone orders into official purchase order forms and sales orders
-Customer service - fileding customer phone calls and emails. Providing product information and customization instruction
-Procuring assets such as logos from customers for order processing
-Receive incoming mail, sort by departments or other identifiable means. Deliver to individual departments.
-Assist in monthly inventory and product management; Maintain client information (hard copy & digital files)
-Coordinating company lunches/parties; support co-workers in preparing orders, which includes quality checks, packaging and shipping; run errands for the office and pick up needed office/production supplies.

Working hours: 40 hours per week; day-time schedule

Skills:
-3 years previous experience in office administration or other related fields
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills
-Associates Degree
-Mastery in computer programs; Microsoft Office, Word processing, Outlook mail
