Job Description

Spherion Staffing is looking for an Office Administrator to work with a local client in Sioux Falls. The Office Administrator is responsible for handling daily deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and preparation of daily reports along with miscellaneous office and administrative duties.

Pay: $16-18.00/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Light bookkeeping
-Accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Handle daily deposits
-Provide general clerical and administrative support to company operations
-Assist with general cleaning of the office
