Job Description

Our client, a building materials provider, is looking to hire applicants with QuickBooks experience. Applicants for this job are asked to collect payments, create and mail bills, organize office, order supplies as needed, prepare reports for managers, perform payroll, and balance A/R and A/P. The job requirements include at least 4 years of office experience and a proficient knowledge of QuickBooks and Office programs. One year of previous payroll and accounting experience is also necessary for this job.

Pay: $40,000-$45,000/year
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Type: Full time

- Keep office supplies stocked
- Address customer inquiries
- Create and mail bills to customers
- Collect on overdue bills
- Enter and track payments
- Balance A/P and A/R
- Prepare employee payroll
- Create financial reports for managers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Proficient Quickbooks experience
- Adept Office program skills

No Degree Required

1-4 years

- At least 4 years of office experience
- One year of payroll experience
- One year of accounting experience
