Job Description

Our customer in the Goleta area has an immediate full-time need for a temporary Admin for 3-5 weeks. Candidate will be asked to work at the front desk and greet clients, customers and guests. Daily duties will primarily involve scanning, filing, and shredding sensitive confidential documents.

Candidate responsibilites will include:

- Working at front desk and greeting guests
- Filing, Scanning and Shredding sensitive documents
- answering phones
- utilize Microsoft office and other basic PC software

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Good organizational skills
- Must be able to pay attention to detail
- Ability to scan, file and shred documents
- Proficient in microsoft office

High School

1-4 years

- previous admin experience
- ability to work with and shred potentially graphic/sensitive documents
- HS diploma
