Job Description

As a office assistant you will be required to answer incoming calls, make reservations, and up sell vacation packages. You must be flexible to work anytime from 7am to 10pm along with weekends. This is a beach rental company located in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Handling incoming calls and other communications
Managing filing system
Recording information as needed
Greeting clients and visitors as needed
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Make reservations and up sell vacation packages
Maintaining office equipment as needed
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Must have good computer skills
Knowledge of MS Office products
Customer service
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi task

No Degree Required

0-1 years

High school diploma or associates degree
Experience as an office assistant or in related field
Ability to work well under limited supervision
