Job Description

We are looking for an Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical duties. The office clerk will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate departments
Utilize office equipment for the purpose of printing, copying and scanning
Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
Monitor stocks of office supplies
Perform other office duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Type 45+WPM
Proficiency with MS Office Suites
Detail oriented and organized
Able to use a multi-line phone system

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Professional demeanor and interpersonal abilities
At least 2 years' experience on computers
