Job Description

A reputable medical company in Tulsa is seeking a General Office Clerk who will act as an information and communication distributor for an office. The main duties are sorting checks, maintaining payroll records, sustaining inventory and distributing incoming mail.
This position is considered a 4.5 month contract and you can start your day between 6:30am-8:30am, work 5-8 hour days or 4-9 hour days and 1-4 hour day. The work week is M-F and the pay is $11.00/hour.

-Communicate with customers and employees to answer questions, explain information and address complaints
-Greet visitors and notify employee of the visitor???s arrival
-Accumulate, copy, sort and file records of office activities and business transactions
-Update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
-Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and multi-tasking skills
-Superb customer service skills
-Ability to keep information organized and confidential
-Experienced in sorting mail, distributing mail and making notes in the system

High School

1-4 years

-High School Diploma or equivalent
-2 years of administrative/customer service experience required
-Advanced aptitude with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Must pass a background check and drug screen
