Office Coordinator

Job Description

Spherion Staffing is look for Office Coordinator for a large RV dealer in Elkhart, IN!

The Office Coordinator will report to the office manager(s).

Pay is determined by experience.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:
-Filing
-Answer telephone calls with a pleasant and friendly voice
-Directing walk-in traffic
-Relay messages to staff
-Communicating to team members about any changes, status updates
-Email correspondence
-Registering units
-Cross checking records for accuracy
-AP/AR
-Entering invoices
Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Must be able to multi-task
-Basic math skills
-Must be able to manage time and work independently
-Must be detail-oriented

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-2+ years clerical/customer service experience
-AP/AR experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Background check and drug screen required.
