Job Description

Work for an a fiber optics company established nearly 25 years ago! Their steady growth in the telecom industry has made them a leader and well respected throughout the United States!

This busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, organized Office Manager to handle day-to day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management.

Responsibilities:
-Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling
-Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts
-Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
-Reconcile general ledger including; bank/credit card accounts, supplier APs
-Use Quickbooks to ensure accounts are up to date and accurate
-Maintain procedure manual
-Order office supplies

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
-Proficiency in MS Office Suites
-Experience with scheduling, budgeting and payroll
-Supply management experience a plus
-Excellent written and verbal communication skilss
-Comfort with a fast paced environment

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-B.A or B.S in Business or related field
-Vast experience with Quickbooks
-Excellent typing and computer knowledge
-Organized
-Positive attitude
