Job Description

A well-known, successful construction company in the Monmouth County area is looking for an organized, responsible, and driven Office Manager to join their teams. The Office Manager is responsible for supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and procedures, supervising office staff. This position also assists management with special projects. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits!

- Sustaining general office duties as needed: phones, mail, and email.
- Organize and prepare new bid information, request bid bonds, and send project bids
- Prepare and send contracts and proposals, prepare complex reports for management, order certificates of insurance for projects
- Supervise and train office staff
- Responsible for license renewals
- Data entry and report generation
- Assist business manager with necessary projects
- Occasionally order new equipment, maintain and update list of equipment, and review phone usage
- Contract invoicing, contract, Permit & Warranty Co-ordination
- Review AR/AP project information with Business Manager for accuracy
- Assist Marketing department we needed

Working hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

--Understand and operate company database (Trackvia)
-- Able to understand VOIP system
--Knowledge of FCS Service Dispatch Software
--Experience in construction industry is preferred
--Working knowledge of AIA & QuickBooks
--Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
