Experienced Office Manager needed to provide overall clerical support for a local social service agency. Will provide administrative support to the Associate Directors and Case Managers. Will maintain schedules, prepare contract information for reviews, prepare spreadsheets, type correspondence and prepare mailings, maintain central files, maintain employee files, schedule interviews, order office supplies, and answer phones. Candidates must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must also have the ability to function within a team model, possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to priortize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
