Job Description

Our client runs a professional, independent consulting firm here in Tulsa and their beloved office manager will be retiring soon. They are seeking someone that is passionate about working with others and has the ability and experience to run the day-to-day operations in their busy office.

Only experienced, personable, organized, and detail oriented applicants will be considered.

Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop organizational procedures including filing, billing, accounts receivable and scheduling
- Ability to read contracts and prepare loan review documents
- Manage employee schedules and track employee hours and vacation/sick leave
- Order office and equipment supplies as needed
- Read contracts and prepare documents
- Answer phones
- Filing (able to lift 35+lbs.)
- Proofreading

Working hours: M-F

Skills:
Office Manager Skills:
--Proficient in Microsoft Office
--Typing (minimum of 60 wpm)
--Ten-key by touch (minimum of 10,000 kph)
--Strong organization and time management skills
--Self-motivated
--Reliable and professional
--Experience in accounting and/or banking is a plus!
