Job Description

Office Manager needed for a local healthcare facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide effective leadership, supervision, and direction to employees of the department
- Oversee day-to-day operations of staff in a proactive manner
- Identify and implement opportunities to build employee morale and individual motivation
- Analyze and staff appropriate office staff to meet physician needs and patient efficiency
- Answer questions, provide training and guidance, and research items as appropriate
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and be a self-starter
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Interview and hire the most appropriate and qualified staff possible
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, monitor attendance and complete payroll
- Hold staff accountable to objective performance standards

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or later, as needed

Skills:
Must have a minimum of three years supervisory or coordination experience in a healthcare setting
Must have high degree of flexibility as working hours can carry over into the evening
Must have EHR experience
Must be able to manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or GED required
Must be willing to submit to drug screen and background check
