Job Description

Seeking an experienced office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Employee will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication, as well as providing exceptional customer service at all times. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Checking customers in and out
- Greeting walk-in customers in a professional manner and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Organizing and assisting in cleaning of workplace
- Working with Microsoft Excel and other similar software
- Performing transactions and handling of cash

Position is 72 hours for each pay period (2 weeks). Employee will receive a 3-Day Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) every other week. Schedule will vary outside of these guidelines.

Working hours: Monday thru Sunday Full Time

High School Diploma or equivalency required
Previous experience as an Office Manager is preferred
Must have proven job stability to be considered for position
Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screen
