We provide marketing, management and design consulting services for large home building companies across the country. Our clients are managers and executives in successful businesses in 40 states and Canada.

- Oversee company back-office /operations to ensure efficient and smooth company operations (supply and equipment procurement; business services, etc.)
- Document management: Create documents as needed ; maintain cataloging of vast array of documents in extensive on-line folder structure
- Create reports as needed for President
- Correspond with Clients and industry businesses
- Support the Marketing Coordinator and Client Services& Special Projects Manager as needed.

- Create and file invoices for all services/products
- Track payments, follow up on open invoices
- Input all bank and credit card statements into predesignated expense categories
- Run required monthly/quarterly reports
- Handle payroll and payroll reporting

- Coordinate conference/event details and pricing/bill payment with hotel venues and other event support services such as photographer, videographer, AV, signage, gifts, giveaways, sponsors, etc.
- Responsible for attendee communications and customer satisfaction
- Handle attendee ticket payments
- Coordinate all behind-the-scenes event details to ensure event runs smoothly

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

--Experience in a fast-paced work environment and ability to adapt to change
--Able to deal with high level executives
--Strong positive attitude is required
--Commit to a long term position
--QuickBooks proficiency required.
--Work well with deadlines and pressure
--Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel,)
--Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, reporting results to President
--Ability to take initiative and foresee what needs to be done without being told
--Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
--Needs to work well as part of a team
--Extreme attention to detail
--Analytical skills (reviewing and recommending improvements , cost-savings, etc.)
--Excellent references are a must
--Absolutely positively must have previous OFFICE EXPERIENCE in required skills , preferably in business-to-business type of company vs. business-to-public company.
