As a Spherion 2nd shift On-Site Coordinator you will be largely responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining a collaborative relationship with our client where you are directly involved in with the clients staffing delivery expectations.
- Assisting Operations Manager with coordinating production labor, payroll, attendance, retention, recruiting, interviewing and counseling. Also assist in reporting client benchmarks.
- Motivating Spherion employees for optimal performance, attendance and retention.
Working hours: 2nd shift
-- High School Diploma/ GED required; college degree preferred
-- HR or managerial experience required; manufacturing HR experience preferred
-- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and Word required
-- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude required
-- Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-- Must be reliable and dependable
