Job Description

The Contracts and Operations Coordinator directly supports the Operations/Legal/Human Resources teams, coordinating with all departments for timely and accurate execution and compliance with legal, human resources, finance and operational matters. This position requires a proactive team player who has the ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Legal support, including: Managing contracts; Providing administrative support for: risk management matters, including insurance-related matters; corporate compliance matters; intellectual property matters
- Human Resources support, including: Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and independent contractors; Assisting with benefits administration, including using BambooHR; Administering, processing, and organizing HR paperwork; Coordinating HR trainings
- Office Operations support, including: Assisting with procurement of office equipment and supplies; Maintaining employee equipment inventory lists; Ensuring office operational efficiency by liaising with outside vendors. Includes supply procurement as well as repair and maintenance needs; Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail; Assisting with organization and preparation of internal events (Company meetings, etc.)
- Finance Operations support, including: Assist with obtaining and tracking client Purchase Orders; Assisting with various data entry needs in the areas of AP and AR; Assisting with the implementation of AP optimizations including approval and PO workflows; Assisting employees and ICs with Expensify
- General Administrative Support

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-2pm

--Ability to work concurrently on a variety of projects, manage projects, self-direct, and work effectively under pressure
--Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form
--Ability to work well in a team or independently
--Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
--Associates or Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years related experience
