Job Description

Spherion is immediately seeking Operations Coordinators for a large reputable NE Columbia business. We are seeking candidates who have prior successful work history in a call center environment to work closely with Product Managers to provide accurate costs to support the selection of the best possible vendors. Additional responsibilities will include:

- Maintain and update Price Management system
- Work with import specialist on order sell price discrepancies, determine cause, resolve pricing issues and communicate resolution to appropriate parties
- Respond to pricing questions from affiliates
- Create and Maintain a database for price change history and analyze negative or positive trends and escalate when needed
- New item generation in system for UPC generation and procurement

Working hours: MON-FRI -8-30am-5-00pm

Skills:
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written Required
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Must be Proficient with Microsoft Excel
