Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Our client is seeking an individual with at least 3 years of management that can spend much of their time travelling within the US. This job consists of recruiting, training, and managing Field Supervisors and overseeing the day-to-day tasks such as budgeting and inventory.

Pay: $60,000-$65,000/year
Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

- Train, recruit, and manage Field Supervisors
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Review and maintain expenses
- Keep staff up-to-date with new company policies and procedures

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Skills:
--At least 3 years of management experience
--Bachelor's Degree in relatable field is desired
--Ability to travel about - of the time
--Driver's License and car insurance
