Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting our internal and external customers with product questions and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Processing orders
Keying data into PC systems
Scheduling duties for shipments
Using telephones to contact customers and vendors.
Route calls to appropriate other Depts. in business.
Be accurate and a solid multi-tasker!

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

MS Excel and PC skills.
Alphanumeric data entry skills.
Ability to handle calls, call routing and keying simultaneously.
Able to work cohesively in a small department / call center.

High School

1-4 years

High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of call center based experience.
Logistics coordination background extremely helpful.
Solid PC and MSExcel skills.
