Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

The Organizational Development position is the liaison and advisor to leadership for all business units facilitating the initiatives to enhance the employee experience and performance. This position plans, develops, implements, and administers the company HR programs.
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs
- Directs the training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance
- Evaluation of training courses, and their effectiveness in relations to employee accomplishments and performance
- Trains employees on HR issues and practices
- Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
- Develops, launches, and maintains the employee performance evaluation program, compensation guidelines, and progression planning guidelines
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and process-driven
- All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and/or two years related experience
