Job Description

This position requires a fast paced individual with multitasking skills who will be responsible for the following performance objectives:
o Contacting healthcare facilities across the country through telephone
o Set small retrieval size on-site appointments for our scan techs to copy paper or electronic medical records
o Complying with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) ensuring the right to privacy for patient's records
o Requesting the facility to provide copies by mail or fax for auditing under Federal Government Rules and Regulations
o Logging all call transactions into the designated computer software system

Working hours: 6am-3pm M-F

Skills:
Less than 1 year experience on phone and/or customer service
o-Extremely Detailed Oriented
o-Ability to Provide Information Accurately
o-Reliable and Dependable
o-Possess excellent judgment, patience and diplomacy
o-Good computer skills
o-Quality of call, time on phone, and volume primary measures
Performance Monitoring Criteria:

o-Quality rating of average (2.5-3.25), measured and reported weekly, rolled up and evaluated monthly
o-Time on phone rating in the above average range (40%+), measured and reported daily and weekly, rolled up and evaluated at least monthly
o-Minimum daily call volume in the above average range (tbd at start of each week based upon projects and assignments), measured and reported daily and weekly, rolled up and evaluated at least monthly
o-Accountability-5 point scale measuring attendance (2 points) and retrieval rates by last touched (3 points). Measured and reported weekly, rolled up and evaluated at least monthly.
o-Decision Making- 5 point scale measuring decision making skills. Ability to use training materials and internet for simple problem solving (3 points), will ask for direction from senior callers/leader when appropriate (2 points). To be measured and reported weekly, rolled up and evaluated at least monthly.
