Job Description

The outbound call center representative is a key member of the company. They would be the "go to" worker for all things related to the product. You would not only be maintaining customer relations, you would also be part of the constantly growing sales department. For every outbound call you make, you would be calling different doctor's offices throughout the state and offering free samples of pharmaceuticals. By offering free samples, you are helping the doctors realize what a great product it is, and you will be helping out the patients as well in the same act.

This position is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a pay rate of $12.00/hour.

-Answer any questions from doctors and potential clients
-Explain the product to clients
-Manage a high call volume per day
-Light filing
-Working with the inbound customer service team, as well as the data entry team
- Share feedback and assist management in enhancing the programs in order to provide the best customer service
- Maintain accurate data in systems, and update as necessary
- Utilize workflows and scripting materials to inquire and help identify barriers with customers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Excellent computer skills (i.e Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Typing)
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal, organizational and active listening skills
-Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships via phone
-Balance multiple priorities to meet expected response deadlines contingent on call and email volume
-Ability to think quickly to maintain conversational discussion with customers

High School

1-4 years

-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Previous customer service experience
-Organized and detailed oriented
- Must have proven ability to provide consistently high quality of service
