Pad Printers & Support Associates

Job Description

Spherion is looking for motivated and reliable candidates interested in working at Acushnet Company in New Bedford, MA. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company! These are temporary positions estimated to last until May or June. However, based on work performance, attendance, attitude, etc you are eligible to be hired by the company or transfer to another one of their locations in the area upon successful completion of your assignment.

We are hiring for all shifts! All positions are FULL TIME.
1st shift: 6am-2pm ($17.51/hr)
2nd shift: 2pm-10pm ($18.04/hr)
3rd shift: 10pm-6am ($18.56/hr)

Responsibilities:
Pad Printer - operate machinery that stamps customized logos on golf balls. This is a primarily seated position.

Support Associate - set up machines, provide all necessary equipment/materials, move completed orders to next step of production process. Complete tasks to support pad printers and ensure the production process is operating efficiently.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
-Ability to stand for prolonged periods on your feet
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to lift up to 40lbs
-Ability to use a computer to enter data

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Must have at least 1 year of full time work history
-Must have the ability to work and succeed in a drug and tobacco free team environment
