Job Description

This role will provide remote support to the Creative staff.

Responsibilities:
- Writes contracts for illustrators, photographers, and videographers;
- Adds illustrators, photographers, and videographers to Airtable;
- Submit invoices for payment;
- Manage and assign projects to Designers
- Perform licensing photos for WEB, publications, videos, etc.
- Field incoming emails and requests
- Schedule meetings
- Enter design awards
- Hire photographers/videographers.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- Strong written communications skills;
- Effective collaborator cross-departmentally;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple constituents and multiple deadlines;
- Commitment to principles of justice, diversity, equity and inclusion.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Office administration experience in a design and/or creative related role;
- Project management experience;
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and data entry skills.
