In the role, you'll be:
Responsible for responding to all incoming telephone calls from BESTflex, Benny, EBC HRA and COBRASecure participant inquiries and providing an outstanding experience to all customers.
Working hours: 1st
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of customer service experience along with excellent phone etiquette and strong active listening skills. They will have the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress, high phone volume atmosphere and the ability to adapt and respond readily to changing situations/multiple priorities in a fast paced, repetitive work atmosphere. Proficiency with Word and Excel is required. Previous experience in a call center environment and/or in the insurance industry preferred. Associates degree preferred.
