Job Description

An industry leading Technology Company, located in the Manalapan area, is seeking a self-starting, driven candidate to join their team as a Partner Growth Manager. This company's goal is to provide Superior Business Telephony Solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, with consistently reliable technology and genuinely caring customer service. This is a full time position with a 40 hour work week. This position is the liaison between the sales team and clients. This individual is responsible for adding new clients into the system and working directly to make the clients experience the best is can be. Internally, this is a fast growing, pleasant, and positive work environment that is offering a great opportunity for those who are interested in customer service and technology!

- Partner with the sales team and clients to help grow partner relationships
- Manage and secure large scale partner relationships by driving understanding and readiness
- Produce and maintain all partner training materials and resources
- Create and manage webinar series for partner training
- Primary resource for all partner needs
- Identify problems and find solutions for existing and transitioning clients
- Support the onboarding of new clients and renewal of existing clients
- Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Communicate complex technical concepts to clients in need
- Work with technical and sales teams to articulate the value propositions, positioning statements and key differentiators of new service offerings
- Build and execute "go to" market activities for services
- Cross-selling and up-selling to clients in order to provide top-notch technology to users as well as grow effective and profitable business

Working hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM
