Monday - Friday Full time. Temp to perm opportunity. Upon conversion benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & 401 K, 7 paid holidays including your birthday! Business casual attire - Polo shirt with client company logo required.

Patient Advocates in Contact Center environment. Inbound and outbound calls with physicians and patients regarding prescription medications.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pleasant phone etiquette, data entry, listening skills, detail oriented, empathetic with a coachable attitude.

High School

0-1 years

1 year call center experience required.30 wpm typing, MS Word and Excel, ability to work with multiple databases and dual monitors. High School diploma or GED required. 6 panel In house Drug Screen and Multi State Criminal Background search will be conducted.
