Job Description

Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for an inbound customer service position, specializing in payment and billing services. This is a long-term, temporary position. This individual will be taking payments from policy holders and assisting agents with follow-up questions. This is a call center environment, fast-paced and utilizing dual screens to look-up information.

SCHEDULE: The training will take place for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm. After training is complete the shift will be 3:30-Midnight, working 1 weekend night and having a different day off during the week. The schedules IS NOT flexible. This schedule also includes working the holiday if it falls on your designated shift, unless you have approved time off.

Working hours: 3:30 - Midnight, including weekends

Minimum typing of 30wpm
Proven customer service experience over the phone
