Job Description

This position requires a professional who is methodical and detail-oriented, yet acts with a sense of urgency
while being able to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced and changing
environment. Confidentiality and discretion are required, as well as excellent customer service
skills. Provides payroll support for all employees. This position is directly responsible for administering the
Company's payroll, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of preliminary and final payroll reports, time
sheets and spreadsheets, etc., assuring accurate program and funds distribution; providing third party
personnel with requested information necessary for timely and accurate payroll payment of employees. This
positon works closely under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer in order to carry out all
necessary financial management and fiscal control policies and activities. This positon will also work in
conjunction with the Human Resources Director to ensure proper processing of payroll activities.

- Associates Degree/Business School Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in payroll and benefit processing.

- Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources.
- Able to work independently on a broad variety of projects, exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and
creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

- Strong intuitive skills, applied to obtain and assure accuracy and completeness of support documentation
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze records to ensure accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and written/oral communication skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and cooperation

Performs all activities necessary to process payroll, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports
and voluntary deductions represents, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments and
other court ordered payments.
- Prepares accounting tractions and documents, documenting and updating procedures and preparing special
reports for management.
- Maintains company's payroll system with accurate employee position, benefits and payroll data. This includes
entry of new hire information, status changes, terminations, stop payment, pay changes, direct deposits and
other miscellaneous changes.
- Interfaces with third party payroll provider as required to resolve issues and to ensure timely and accurate
compensation and delivery of payroll.
- Manages company's time and attendance process/system and conducts training for new hires. Reviews biweekly
timesheets to ensure supervisory approval before processing payroll.
