Job Description

Monday through Friday. Part time hours 20 hours per week (Flexible)

Seeking a motivated, organized, team player to maintain and manage payroll files, facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding and process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce.

This position is perfect for a team player with excellent organizational skills, and is very detail oriented, responsible, and easy going. The successful candidate will be positive, mature, and able to handle occasional pressure, work effectively with others, and tolerate short deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with processing payroll
Send emails and make calls to field regarding payroll submission deadlines
Set up drug screens and submit background check information, communicate results to the field via email
Process new hires
Open/Sort mail
Scan and File employee records
Data entry
Qualifications and Skills

ADP skills a MUST....

Previous experience within an human resource department preferred

Word, Excel, Data Entry, Scanning skills.

Required experience:

Payroll: 2 year
Required education:

High school or equivalent

Working hours: 20 hours per week flexible
