Job Description

Provide payroll client customer service support via phone and email, finish payroll processing including but not limited to printing, assembling, packaging, postage and post office delivery tasks will need to be completed on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
Polished customer service skills are critical to this position as are focus and attention to detail. Basic data entry skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and general email communications familiarity are required. Answering the phone and taking written message; including client's payroll hours are also part of this position.

Working hours: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Assisting the office manager with payroll finish processing will be the core responsibility of this job.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Additional responsibilities include: Filing, Printing, Envelope Stuffing, Assembling and Organizing Printed Checks and Reports.


This associate will be required to follow written mailing instructions detailing client payroll delivery, update changes to client mailing instructions.
