Job Description

Process client payrolls thru use of phone interaction, fax, email as well as online using Apex payroll software.

- Provide the client with customer service via phone and email interaction.
- Perform routine data entry functions
- Payroll report printing, assembling, packaging and postage will be required.
- Recording payroll packaging details on a daily basis using an excel spreadsheet will be required.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy is imperative to this position.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Polished customer service skills are critical to this position as are focus and attention to detail.-
- Basic data entry skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and general email communications familiarity are required.
- Answering the phone and taking written message; including client's payroll hours are also an important part of this position.

High School

1-4 years

Possess a strong understanding of payroll tax processing, quarterly payroll tax filing, work compensation payment processing, expense deductions, etc.
