Job Description

The Payroll Specialist function is to process payrolls in a timely, efficient manner with emphasis on accuracy and excellent customer service.

Timely and Accurate response to all payrolls and client service issues Proficiency in Paysoft, Excel, Word and other system application, as needed
Talking to clients to obtain payroll changes and hours for processing
Processing and/or packaging payrolls according to department procedures, reviewing the payrolls and ensuring there are no errors

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Updating & maintaining system records for each client and their employees Maintaining hard-copy records for each client and their employees
Reviewing client tax notices and responding on client's behalf
Assisting with quarter-end and year-end processing
Answering phones and providing support to the payroll department
