Job Description

The Practice Administrator will serve as a Practice manager for the site, responsible for major decision in the clinical area. Serves and manages the site with limited support from the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other members of the management team. This position does require you to pass written standards, including its Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures. Such compliance will be an element considered as part of the Practice Administrator's regular performance evaluation. Failure to comply will be met with the enforcement of disciplinary action, up to and including possible termination. Must have strong interpersonal and, networking skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills; must also be computer literate. The Administrator must be highly organized. Must be able to plan, organize, coordinate, implement, assist, supervise, and evaluate program activities and manage diverse staff. May be required to work non - traditional work schedule as needed.

Responsibilities:
Attends regular team meetings and provides leadership to move the organization towards completion of its mission and goals
Collaborates with the COO, CMO and Director of Nursing to solve problems and meet challenges that are presented to the company.
Attends regular company meetings to include medical team meetings, QI workgroup and company board meetings as needed.
Serves as the Practice executive for the site
Hires, disciplines, and supervises all clinical and front office staff. Responsible for motivating and training staff, providing rewards when appropriate and taking disciplinary action as needed.
Oversees the provision of all services in this site including, but not limited to implementation of programs as approved by the COO and CMO, facilitate in creating & monitoring site budgets, QI, reporting and evaluation.
Attends a variety of community meetings and trainings, as necessary
Maintains knowledge of community resources and means to access services as well as strong relationships with community service providers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
You won't simply be sitting behind a computer working alone. You will be talking on the phone to patients, insurance company representatives, doctors, and hospital and lab administrators. You will also be communicating with patients in person and relaying information from patients to doctors and doctors to patients. You'll need a various set of skill to work in any position but being good with communication is always a good start to positive results.

Qualifications:
Must have direct client contact to provide program activities. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Use of computer for long periods of time. Must be able to sit, squat, lift, stand as needed.
