Operate machinery using all safety equipment and proper work habits. Bend, or straighten material/parts. Mark part use impression stamps. Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself and your assistants to make improvements or take corrective action. Bend metal parts using CNC, manual or Robotic Press Brake machines. Stirve for 100% Quality and 100% on-time delivery.
3-5 years experience preferred.
Strong math, trigonometry and science skills
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and CAD models.
Knowledge of machines and tools.
Blueprint reading experience
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of CNC Programming (G Codes and M codes) preferred.
Ability to solve complex problems
Dependable, prompt and able to prioritize work
CAD Skills preferred.
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to follow directions
Ability to measure accurately

Knowledge of raw material and production processes
Knowledge of machines and tools used
Ability to quick adjust controls of a machine to exact positions
Ability to perform physical activity on a regular basis; including but not limited to lifting, stooping, and handling and moving material and parts.

Duties and responsibilities:
Know all company policies and Procedures
Operate all equipment as such to assure all work is performed without harm to equipment and people.
Read work orders, production schedules and drawings to determine delivery requirements, quality specifications and requirements to complete the job. Study drawings and blueprints to determine scope of wok and the best methods to complete the job.
Keep Drawings & Travelers with parts at all times.
Set up and operate bending machines according to part/drawing specifications. Position, align, and secure parts against fixtures or stoops on machine beds.
Material Handling, Safely load material onto machines to be worked on. Load, Unload and Operate Press Brakes.
Inspect Parts. Measure completed parts to verify conformance to drawing/specification, cosmetically pleasing, using templates, micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
Examine completed parts for defects using visual inspection, straight edges, templates, combination squares, calipers and rulers and any other equipment necessary.
Cleaning and organizing. Keep area safely organized and tidy at all times.
Recognize, set up and operate all hand and power tools common to fabrication shops.
