Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate Press.
- Mix Materials.
- Feeds product into hopper.
- Removes Parts.
- Inspect Parts.
- Trim parts and clip off excess material.
- Stops machine and reports any malfunction to supervisor immediately.
- Must be willing to shift and work in other areas when needed!
- Responsible for keeping work area cleaned and organized during and after shift.

Must Be Able To:
- Able to ask questions if not fully understanding instructions.
- Able to identify and report any problems quickly if there are issues with the parts that are being produced so the problem can quickly be fixed before resuming production of poor quality parts.
- Able to read and clearly understand Specifications Instruction Booklets provided for each part being made.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Must Be:
- Mechanically Inclined.
- Detail Oriented.
- Self Motivated.
- Dependable.
- Team Player.

Physical Demands:
- Able to life 30lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs.
- Some Presses are fast operating, some are slower.
- Will move around to different paced Presses daily.
- Ability to work at a fast pace for most Presses.
- Able to stand and walking all day.
- Able to work in a repetitive work environment.

Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Able to read a tape measure.
