Job Description

Our client is a Biotechnology Company headquartered in Madison WI, with branches throughout the world. They manufacture products for life science research, drug discovery, forensics and diagnostics. Their products are used by life scientists who are asking fundamental questions about biological processes as well as by scientists who are applying scientific knowledge to diagnose and treat diseases, discover new therapeutics, and use genetics and DNA testing for human identification, food and water quality testing and many other applications.

This positions is eligible for a $500 bi-weekly bonus!

- Setup, operate and maintain manual and automated dispensing, capping and labeling equipment.
- Pull products from inventory and assemble components into kits and kit sub-assemblies using quality system documents, including kit packaging diagrams (KPDs).
- Accurately complete all required written documentation for batch records.
- Maintain and close shop orders in the ERP System.
- Address product non-conformity appropriately.
- Follow contamination prevention procedures.
- Understands and complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.

Working hours: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM

- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Competency in general math.
- Computer experience in ERP System, word, excel, outlook.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Work in a team environment with other coworkers to prevent backorders or to minimize the duration of backorders should they occur.
- Provide a high level of both intradepartmental and interdepartmental (Production, Marketing, Shipping, Materials Management) customer service.
- Clean production areas and equipment.
- Assist R&D in the dispensing of new products for validation prior to new product launch.
- At least one year of science or laboratory background in a production environment with exposure to various production and packaging equipment.
- Experience in a regulated production environment.

High School

1-4 years

- High school education or equivalent.
- Science or laboratory background with exposure to various production and packaging equipment preferred
