Production Clerk

Job Description

The Production Clerk will work alongside other key team members in Operations, and Logistics to insure all loads have appropriate paperwork and are staged in the proper place including verify and record all incoming shipments, receiving and recording incoming material.

Responsibilities:
Process weight tickets for loads
Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments.
Help prepare document,such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders
Pack,seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and standards.

Working hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills:
Ability to us Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to meet set goals
Have a positive attitude
Ability to safely lift and carry 50 pounds and to bend, stoop walk, reach overhead.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Completes tasks correctly and on time or notifies appropriate person
Promotes a harassment-free environment
Treats people with respect
