Job Description

To oversee the daily operations for production-related communication flow, and coordination between all company resources committed to each product, enhance and enrich the position and image of the Company through the development and execution of various goals and objectives.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
??? Coordinate the production aspects of the product line, including production schedules and corresponding milestones with appropriate departments.
??? Working with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system establish and maintain the production schedule for each product (with appropriate support from management, sales and marketing departments) while maintaining a safe workplace to meet established release dates, order schedules as well as document and improve the production product development process.
??? Monitors and reacts to established performance indicators, including budget variances, production, quality and safety metrics. Understand how to read and accurately interpret data from regular ERP reporting.
??? Recommends, initiates and delivers completed projects to continuously improve the production efficiency, equipment and work environment to ensure production performance, quality, delivery and financial goals.
??? Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing production results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct as necessary.
??? Take an active role in ensuring safety precautions are being practiced, assist in developing and managing all safety programs working with leadership and outside safety consultants as necessary.
??? Providing general oversight to Shipping/Receiving and Inventory as needed, offering insight to the effectiveness, problem solving and process improvements to senior level management. May be responsible for general supervision of staff in these areas, to include information regarding employee performance and execution efficiencies.
??? Help evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing in the English language; also to maintain excellent interpersonal and cooperative relationships with management, staff and clients.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and accurately follow through on work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines as well as to work independently with a minimum amount of direction and/or supervision.
Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm, maintain a sense of humor and to regularly present a well-groomed, professional image.
Ability to work effectively and respectively with staff, managers, executives and others with a variety of working styles to achieve accountability and results and maintain service excellence.
