Job Description

Working under the General Manager, the Production Manager will lead assigned departments and teams to support and achieve company vision and strategy through developing and engaging teams in principles of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Quality Management:
-Ensures production is organized according to quality guidelines in production line.
-Leads implementation of QC checks & related QC activities.
-Analyzes major quality problems, resolves and prevents its recurrence.

Operation Management:
-Plans, coordinates, and supervises activities of team members to meet production and hold them accountable for performance.
-Supervises team members in safety & standard operations, coordinating resources to handle production issues promptly.
-Participates in drafting, auditing and updating of production documents, operational standards and other documentation.
-Perform administrative duties necessary to support job duties.

Continuous Improvement:
-Person-in-charge and promoter of the Lean Manufacturing improvement activities.
-In charge of performance improvement and cost leadership plans for production.
- Leads team by applying improvement tools to production area.
-Implements and leads 5S process and ensures standards are achieved/maintained, and continue to improve.

Employee Development:
-Plans, implements training of multiple skills for team members. Provides timely and effective feedback to team members.
-Communicates frequently, ensuring stability in your team. Promptly reports issues to Operations Manager and the HR department if necessary.
-Develops supports and monitors activities that foster teamwork and engagement within the group.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Leads by example and reinforces safety practices while enforcing safety policies.
-Leads the team in discovering and eliminating any hidden dangers in production line.
-Investigates reports and communicates all accidents and injuries and/or illnesses and near misses. Analyzes and systematically resolves the problem and prevents its recurrence.


4-7 years

Bachelors of Engineering; OR 5 plus years manufacturing management experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in fabrication shop on high volume products.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
Service-oriented self-starter who takes initiative.
