Production Operator

Job Description

Our customer in the Goleta area has several openings for experienced production operators to operate their in the TurboClean section of their manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for safe and efficient operations of the relevant departments' processes andmay include taking and documenting precise measurements (TurboClean).

Responsibilities:
- Produce required quantity and quality of assigned products within the defined duration
- Comply with required safety tools and instructions
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Operate assigned equipment and process steps according to verbal, written/ visual work
instructions
- Document required data
- Keep work area(s) in compliance with company housekeeping standards
- Complete tasks according to defined quality processes
- Perform other duties as assigned

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
- ability to use measurement tools
- ability to work standing for a long period of time
- basic computer skills
- strong reading and writing

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or pass required Measurement and Comprehension Qualifying Test
No work experience required

- Ideal Qualifications:
Completion of some college credits
Manufacturing / testing/ quality work experience
