Job Description

- Must be trained and fully understand requirements of all positions including Press Operator, Material Handler, Shipping, and Grinding.
- Fill in when needed and able to answer questions.
- Motivate and Supervise 3rd shift staff of 5-10 people.
- Able to have a speaker in area, but no headphones for safety reasons.
- Wear Ear Protection (Muffs) and Gloves.
- Steel Toed Boots required and a reimbursement % is paid by company to purchase new.
- Low cost Uniform cleaning is optional and can be deducted from paychecks.

- React to equipment breakdowns.
- Inspect quality of product being produced.
- Quality Control paperwork.
- Disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Read and understand schedule for the next day and prep and turn on required machines so they are ready for 1st shift immediately upon arrival.
- Thoroughly communicate progress, issues, needs and pertinent information during the ? hour overlap to the 1st Shift Supervisors.
- Ask questions if not fully understanding instructions. Able to identify and report any problems quickly.

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 10:00 AM

Must Be Organized, Mechanically Inclined, Detail Oriented, Dependable, Team Player, Work in low supervised area, Self-Motivated.

- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Able to read a tape measurer.
- Competencies: Must be able to demonstrate the following competencies.

- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
- Dependable - Follows instructions, responds to management direction.

High School

1-4 years

- Forklift Certification.
- Proven Supervisory and Leadership Skills.
- Basic Maintenance/Mechanical Skills.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Able to stand and walk all day.
- Able to work in a repetitive work environment.
- Ability to work in a Loud, Dusty environment.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
